    Garages, lots of green space, picturesque ponds with stunning sunsets. Watch the great herons catch fish from your back patio. Modern decor and pet friendly. Poop bags are provided to help keep the neighborhood clean.Close to highways and shopping Mostly friendly people. Only bad thing is it's a bit pricy with no real extra amenities (no pool or workout room) but you can hook up your own W/D which is nice. Not a lot of guest parking either, but each apt technically has 4 spots (garage and driveway) each so it works out.
